Some people (or is it bears) hibernate in winter. Not me, I hibernate

in summer. As a child, my family used to go to the New Jersey shore every summer. I spent days with sun poisoning. I continue to feel sick on hot days in the sun. Am I a vampire? No appetite for the red stuff. So I dream of the crisp days of late Fall when I can feel energized. Oh, it’s not too bad air conditioning and all. Many beloved people passing on and attendance at Memorial services are the main events. I am making progress, however, working consciously to Not make decisions based on fear...a big undertaking. I have had moments of completely letting go of a fear or at least worrying about the big one..,death. I also have frequent moments overwhelmed with gratitude for the life I have been given. All and all doing okay. Wes, I appreciate your insights and the book and digital references. Thanks so much. Donna Eisenhower

Feeling like I have accomplished something. Started walking 2 miles a day early in the morning. Planning on taking part in a American cancer society fundraiser. Going to walk 2 miles a day in August. This is a accomplishment concerning I couldn’t walk without assistance just 3 months ago! After my cancer diagnosis last December I put all my strength into getting better. With the help of my doctors, my family and friends I AM A SURVIVOR! All of these things make me feel so very happy! Thankful and full of gratitude!
